I’m Alejandra,
your legal partner in crime!
My story starts in the heart of Chicago, where I was born and raised. When I was just three years old, my parents took a big leap of faith and bought a run-down Taco Bell. They saw potential, put in the hard work, and transformed it into El Coyote—the family restaurant they still own and love today.

Growing up, I wasn’t just watching from the sidelines. I was right there, learning the ropes.
My parents taught me what it means to build something from the ground up. They raised me to be independent, confident, and business-savvy.

El Coyote isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a testament to grit, passion, and family. I’m proud to say that my role went beyond helping out after school—I became a key part of the team, making sure everything ran smoothly and even finding ways to grow the business.

Every moment in that restaurant was a lesson in business, and those lessons are the foundation of who I am today. So, when you work with me, know that you're getting someone who understands the hustle, knows the grind, and is ready to make things happen for you.
After four years of hard work (and a bit of fun), I graduated with my B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Valparaiso University. My passion for learning didn’t stop there—I pursued my Master’s in International Economics and Finance from the Valparaiso University Graduate School.

While working on my Master's, I joined a law firm to kickstart my journey into the legal world. There, I specialized in helping our Spanish-speaking clients and tackling issues related to LLCs and corporations. That’s when I saw how powerful the law could be in enhancing a business and supporting its owners. It was clear that the law was my calling.
In 2021, I took a big step and started law school in Boston, MA, graduating in May 2024. During my time in law school, I worked with companies entering the booming cannabis industry, where I further developed my skills in transactional law and litigation.

All of these experiences have shaped who I am today: a business owner and an emerging attorney ready to support you. I’m here to help you navigate the legal landscape, ensuring your business not only grows but thrives. With my background and knowledge, I can provide you with the insights and support you need to take your business to the next level!
Many people might think that my academic and business pursuits leave no room for life, but I believe they actually create opportunities for it. In my free time, you can find me traveling anywhere and everywhere with my husband. I’m all about taking care of my physical health and exploring the cities I've had the pleasure of calling home.
Each adventure and new experience not only refreshes my spirit but also fuels my passion for helping others. I believe that balancing work and life is key to success, and I’m excited to share that energy with you as we work together to grow your business!
